Mission Statement
SU4H is an organization established to alienate mental health crises such as (depression, anxiety-disorder, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder, and suicidal thoughts) by combating mental health triggers through awareness, advocacy, psycho-social support, intervention and counseling for groups and individuals in the society.

Relatedly, we are committed to the well-being of individuals and the society as a whole through proper therapy and necessary help thus empowering individuals in all spheres of life to enable them live to their full potentials
About US
Founded in June 2022, the Speak Up for Help Foundation (SU4H Foundation) is one of the pioneering non-governmental organizations dedicated to eradicating mental health challenges and fostering holistic well-being across Nigeria. Our journey began with a resolute mission to drive positive change, create awareness, and provide actionable solutions to combat the silent crisis that plagues our society.
Pioneering Event and Launch
On October 8, 2022, we marked a significant milestone with the official launch of SU4HF a resounding call to action in the pursuit of mental health advocacy. This pioneering event laid the groundwork for our unwavering commitment to mental well-being, sparking a movement that resonates with united visionary sponsors, influential partners, and inspiring speakers far beyond its inception. Guinness Nigeria’s sponsorship and collaboration with esteemed partners like Vanguard, The Nation Newspaper, and Arise Television underscored the significance of our cause. We also had inspiring voices like Amb. Dr. Ivy King, Mrs. Morayo Afolabi-Brown, and Miss Goodness Adeosun amplified our mission, igniting discussions that continue to echo. This event was more than a milestone as over 80 participants from different works of life professionals, students, and mental health practitioners graced the events; it was a catalyst propelling SU4H Foundation’s unwavering dedication to reshaping mental health management in Nigeria. With gratitude to our allies, we commemorate this launch as a pivotal chapter in our journey toward a mentally healthier Nigeria. Additionally, SU4HF also launched its toll-free line 08002004000, a first-aid response system aimed at providing psychosocial support and counseling to traumatized individuals, and challenged mental health victims. This cutting-edge solution has helped reduce the death rate among marginalized adolescents and youth.
Expanding Horizons
From our humble origins in Lagos, we have expanded our footprint to encompass Ekiti, Osun, Niger, Benue, ondo, and Imo states.
Program Interventions
SU4HF’s dedication to creating a tangible impact is evidenced by our humanitarian initiatives. Notably, our event on December 3rd, 2022, in Aiyetoro community Makoko Lagos Island grin on 108 impoverished households with food support..
Empowerment Program
SU4FH extends its partnership with Ekiti State Government to organize a 3 -days vocational training program for adolescent girls with 30 participants in attendance.
Children’s Day Celebration
To commensurate the children’s day celebration in May 2023, SUP4HF collaborated with the city F.M 101.5 to distribute Educational materials and gifts (school bags, math set etc) to 120 children, Also online give -aways through the social media
Online Mental Health Initiative
SUP4HF, recognizes that exploring diverse social media platforms will be a profitable tool for creating more awareness of mental health issues
